【摘要】:ThisPartofBS7000givesguidanceonmanagementoftheconstructiondesignprocessatalllevels,forallorganizationsandforalltypesofconstructionprojects.Itisintendedforthosewhoworkin,orinteractwith,theconstructionindustry.Wheregeneralmanagementprinciplesaregiven,theymaybeadaptedtosuitanysizeofdesignorganizationorconstructionproject.Theguidancegivencoversthemanagementofdesignactivitiesthroughoutthelife-cycleofaconstructionproject,fromthepointwhentheclientinitiatesaproject.Itdoesnotincludeanyactionstakenbytheclientinreachingadecisiontoinitiatetheproject,orthefactorsconsideredbytheclientwhenselectingthemostappropriateformofconstructionprocurement.ThemanagementprocessdescribedinthisPartofBS7000relatesexclusivelytopurpose-builtconstructions,equipmentandcomponentsandisintendedtorelatetocatalogueitemsandservicesonlyinregardtotheirselectionoradaptationtosuitaparticularpurpose.NOTE1.GuidanceonthedesignofmanufacturedproductsandservicesisgiveninBS7000:Part2andBS7000:Part3respectively.NOTE2.ThisPartofBS7000complementsBSENISO9001:1994,towhichreferenceshouldbemade.
