【摘要】:ThispartoftheStandardspecifiesthesamplingofPCDDs/PCDFs.Itisanintegralpartofthecompletemeasurementprocedure.TheuseoftheothertwopartsEN1948-2:1996andEN1948-3:1996describingextractionandclean-upandidentificationandquantification,respectively,isnecessaryforthedeterminationofthePCDDs/PCDFs.ThisStandardhasbeendevelopedtomeasureconcentrationsatabout0,1ngI-TEQ/minstationarysourceemissions.ThisStandardspecifiesbothmethodvalidationandaframeworkofqualitycontrolrequirementswhichhavetobefulfilledbyanyPCDD/PCDFsampling.Theuserhasthepossibilitytochoosebetweenthreedifferentmethods:'Filter/CondenserMethod''DilutionMethod''CooledProbeMethod'EachsamplingmethodisillustratedbysomesamplingsystemsdescribedindetailinannexBasexamplesofprovenprocedures.Duringcomparisonmeasurementsonmunicipalwasteincineratorsatthelevelofabout0,1ngI-TEQ/m,thesethreemethodshavebeendeemedcomparablewithintheexpectedrangeofuncertainty.Validationtrialswereperformedonthefluegasofmunicipalwasteincineratorsatthelevelofabout0,1ngI-TEQ/mandadustloadingoffrom1mg/mto15mg/m.Inprincipleitisnotpossibletoevaluatetheaccuracy(truenessandprecision)ofemissionmeasurements.Followingthevalidationtrials,theinternalandexternalvariabilitieswerecalculatedfortheprocessconsideredandaregiveninclause13ofEN1948-3:1996.Thesevariabilitiesgiveanindicationofthevariabilitieswhichhavebeenobservedwhenusingthisstandardandneedtobetakenintoaccountwhenexpressingresults.TheproceduredescribedinthethreepartsofEN1948:1996specifiesrequirementswhichshallbemetinordertomeasurethe17congenersnecessarytocalculatethetotalI-TEQ(seetableA.1).
