【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61663dealswithprotectionagainstlightningofoutdoortelecommunicationlinesusingmetallicconductors(forexample,accessnetworks,linesbetweenbuildings).Theselinesconcern:-telecommunicationlinesconnectingaswitchwithanetworktermination(NT1);-telecommunicationorsignallinesconnectingequipmentlocatedindifferentbuildings,e.g.ISDNlinesorsignallinesbetweencomputers.NOTEInthisstandard,suchlinesarecalled"telecommunicationlines".Theobjectofthisstandardistoprotecttelecommunicationlinesandconnectedequipmentagainstthedirectandindirectinfluenceoflightningbylimitingtheriskofdamageduetoovervoltagesandovercurrents,liabletooccurintheselines,tovalueswhicharelowerthanorequaltothetolerableriskofdamage.Formoredetails,seeannexA.Thetypeofbuildingcanalsohaveaneffectontheriskassessmentoflightningdamagetotelecommunicationlines,aswellasthephysicallayoutoftheequipmentinstallation.However,theseandothersimilaraspectsarecoveredbyappropriatespecificstandardsandarebeyondthescopeofthisstandard.Fibreopticalcablewithmetallicpairsinthecablecoremustbeprotected,followingtherequirementsofthisstandard,togetherwiththoserequirementsdefinedinIEC61663-1.
