【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverspolymermodifiedbituminoussheetmaterialsintendedforuseasunderlaymentonroofeaves,orvalleys,orboth,topreventleakageofshingle,tile,ormetalroofsfromwaterback-upduetoicedams.1.2Theseunderlaymentsheetshaveastickyadhesivelayerwhichisexposedbyremovalofaprotectivesheet.Thetopsurfaceissuitabletoworkonduringtheapplicationoftheexposedroofing.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoinch-poundunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.4Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainstothetestmethodsportion,Section8,ofthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
