【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversthegeneralrequirementsforfacedthermalinsulationboardscomposedofrigidcellularpolyisocyanuratesurfacedwithothermaterials.Theinsulationboardsareintendedforuseattemperaturesbetweenx2212;40and200x00B0;F(x2212;40and93x00B0;C).Thisspecificationdoesnotcovercryogenicapplications.Consultthemanufacturerforspecificrecommendationsandpropertiesincryogenicconditions.Forspecificapplications,theactualtemperaturelimitsshallbeagreeduponbythemanufacturerandthepurchaser.1.2Thisstandardisintendedtoapplytorigidcellularpolyurethane-modifiedpolyisocyanuratethermalinsulationboardproductsthatarecommerciallyacceptableasnon-structuralpanelsusefulinbuildingconstruction.Thetermpolyisocyanurateencompassesthetermpolyurethane.Forengineeringanddesignpurposes,usersshouldfollowspecificproductinformationprovidedbyboardmanufacturersregardingphysicalproperties,systemdesignconsiderationsandinstallationrecommendations.1.3Theuseofthermalinsulationmaterialscoveredbythisspecificationistypicallyregulatedbybuildingcodes,orotheragenciesthataddressfireperformance.Whererequired,thefireperformanceofthematerialshallbeaddressedthroughstandardfiretestmethodsestablishedbytheappropriategoverningdocuments.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Note18212;Forconversiontometricunitsotherthanthosecontainedinthisstandard,referto.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
