适用范围

【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReporthasbeenwrittentodefinetheinterferencelimitsofexistingtrackcircuitsusedonEuropeanrailways.ThepurposeofthisTechnicalReportistoprovideanoverview,areferenceandasourceofinformationforotherspecificationsandspecificationsthatarepresentlyinpreparation.AsrequiredbytheCENELECrules,itwillbeupdatedasneededandwillbefinallyreplacedbyafuturespecificationorstandard.AccordingtoCENELECrules,theexistingnationalspecificationsarenotrequiredtobereplacedbythisTechnicalReport.Theywillremaininuseasthebasisforapprovalofvehiclesintherespectivecountries.Whereavailable,thenationalspecificationsarereferencedinAnnexAofthisTechnicalReport.ThetwomainpartsofthisTechnicalReportare:1)theListofEuropeantrackcircuitequipment;2)theNationalAnnex.Thecontentsofthesetwopartshavebeenprovidedbyrailwayinfrastructurerepresentatives.NotallEUcountrieshaveprovidedinformationandinsomecasestheinformationmaybeincomplete.In4.5,thetrackcircuitsareclassifiedintopreferredandnon-preferredtypes1)withregardtotheirfutureuseoninteroperablelines.Thisdefinitionprovidesanindicationwhichtypesoftrackcircuitsarepreferredfornewsignallingprojects.InAnnexAtheinterferencelimitsandtestspecificationsaredefinedwithinatemplatepreparedbyCENELEC,whichisintendedtoensurealargedegreeofcommoncontentandtofacilitatecomparisonsbetweennationalspecifications.ThecontentofAnnexAisbasedonexistingnationalspecifications.ThisTechnicalReportwillremaininformativeuntilitisreplacedbyaspecification.Itmay,however,beusedasabasisfordefiningrequirements,forexampleinimprovednationalspecifications.IfthecontentisusedintheTSI,theTSIdocumentshallclearlydefinetheconsequencesoftherequirements.Thevehicleshaveonlytobemadecompatiblewiththetrackcircuitsusedonthelineswheretheyrun,asdefinedinEN50238.Normallyanapprovalcertificatewillberestrictedtotheselinesorcountries.
