【摘要】:Graffitionbuildingandstructuresisanongoingandincreasingproblem.Anumberofcoatingshavebeenproducedthatareintendedtoberesistanttotheapplicationofagraffitimarking,ortoprovideasurfacefromwhichsuchmarkingscanbeeasilyremoved.Theproceduresdescribedinthispracticeprovideastandardsetofconditionsthatcanbeusedtoevaluatethegraffitiresistanceofasurface.Graffitiresistancedeterminedaccordingtothispracticeisapplicabletosmoothsurfaces.Graffitiresistanceofthesamecoatingsappliedtoaroughortexturedsurfacemaybelower.Graffitiresistanceofcoatingsdeterminedafternaturalorlaboratoryacceleratedweathering,eitherbeforeoraftermarking,conductedaccordingtothispractice,isconsideredashavingmoreweightthangraffitiresistanceofthesamecoatingdeterminedwithoutweathering.Graffitiresistanceofcoatingsdeterminedafternaturalweatheringshouldbeconsideredashavingmoreweightthangraffitiresistancedeterminedafterlaboratoryacceleratedweathering.1.1Thispracticecoversabasicmethodforevaluatinggraffitiresistanceofcoatings,anduseofthispracticetoevaluategraffitiresistanceofcoatingsafteroutdoororlaboratoryacceleratedexposure(eitherpriortooraftergraffitiisapplied).Graffitiresistanceisbasedonhowadefinedsetofmarkingsisremovedbyadefinedsetofcleaningagents.1.2Thispracticealsodefinesprocedures(optional)toevaluategraffitiremovalafterre-markingwithsubsequentre-cleaning.Itdoesnotaddressrecoatabilityafteracoatingisnolongergraffitiresistant.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
