【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofportableelectricheatingtoolsandsimilarappliances,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Appliancesthatmayalsobeusedwhenmountedonasupportarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE101Examplesofappliancesthatarewithinthescopeofthisstandardare-brandingtools;-burning-inpens;-conduit-solderingtools;-dehorningtools;-desolderingirons;-flrelighters;-glueguns;-heatguns;-householdfilm-weldingappliances;-paintstrippers;-plastic-cuttingtools;-solderingguns;-solderingIrons;-strippingpliers;-thermoplasticconduit-weldingtools.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyapplianceswhichareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnotingeneraltakeintoaccount-persons(includingchildren)whose~physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or~lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;-childrenplayingwiththeappliance.
